Ingredients
- 98 mL Añejo Tequila
- 37 mL Dry Curacao
- 37 mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 6 mL Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 115 mL Añejo Tequila and 45 mL Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao.
- Pour in 45 mL fresh lime juice.
- Add 10 mL simple syrup to soften the acidity slightly.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
